Registering for an account is a breeze! Once your profile is created, you can easily manage your account online or through our app. If you are an existing Dunn Vision Telecom user having trouble logging in, go here.
Register through the “Set your password” email
If you provided your email address when you first joined Dunn Vision Telecom, we will have sent you an email titled “Nexus Registration: Set your password.” If you received this email, follow these steps to register your profile.
- Open the email we sent you when you joined Dunn Vision Telecom.
- Select Set a password.
- Enter and confirm your new password, and you’re done!
Register online:
If you did not provide your email address when you first joined Dunn Vision Telecom, click “Register online” to get started: Register online

- Visit our My Account registration page to learn more about the benefits.
- Select Register Now.
- Select the services you have.
- Enter your account number and postal code, then select Continue.
- You can find your account number on your monthly paper bill, online bill notification email or physical copy of your service agreement.
- Enter the email address you want to use as your My Account username and select Continue. A registration email will be sent to you.
- We suggest using an email you can access for years (i.e. not a work email)
- This email will only be used for My Account password recovery purposes
- Open the email (with subject line “My Nexus registration: Set a password”) and select Set password.
- Enter and confirm your new password, and you’re done!
